Food Firing Line

This week we'll be into a studio of another kind getting our mugs shot by Simon our photographer. Looks like we're going for a food theme with lotsa veg and fruit and all sorts getting flung around at us. Should be a messy affair.

In other news we've been writing an eclectic mix of tunes which we'll be demoing soon and posting up her for your ears to hear. Also we'll hopefully be off on a mini tour of the south of France at the end of July, more info as and when we receive it.

Dega Man Cake. Ingredients: 2 Eggs 300g Caster sugar 300g Butter 600g Plain Flour Teaspoon Baking powder 1x Strong arm Strawberry Jam Whipping Cream Beat the sugar and butter to a smooth paste, add the 2 eggs and beat until smooth. Sift in the flour and the baking powder, fold together, until smooth, keeping the air in the mixture, Place in a greased cake tin, and pop in the centre of a pre heated oven, gas mark 5, 150C for 25 minutes Whip cream with some caster sugar. Let cake cool, and spread jam and cream on top, Eat with a nice cup of tea whilst saying Dega man cake repeatedly. End
